Private Agricultural Enterprise “Rice-Holding” has been operating on Ukrainian rice production and wholesales market since 1999. Among the agricultural products it deals with are:

• rice:
• wheat;
• barley;
• rape;
• field mustard;
• sunflower.

Currently the company shows market dominance in volumes of Ukrainian rice sales. Owing to certain climatic parameters within territory of Ukraine, rice production can be practically realized in three Black Sea regions – Crimean, Kherson and Odessa. The company’s total rice acres equal approx. 5 thousand hectares and it’s nearly 25% to the total rice acres in Ukraine. Total annual rice grits production in Ukraine reaches approx. 40 thousand tons and “Rice-Holding” accounts for 12-15 thousand tons of the above mentioned sum. Due to putting into operation of the own raw rice processing plant, the company has gained the possibility to control rice grits quality at each production stage and to make finished product shipments on a regular basis that strengthens the company’s image and prestige.
